Google has finally solved the long term privacy issues present in the Android OS from a very long time. The new Android P OS prevents android apps from monitoring the Network activity of apps.
As you know that generally the Android apps in your Smartphone can monitor the network activity of the apps without the knowledge of the owner. But in new Android Operating System P you will see some major changes made in the Android OS.
The developers announced the changes made in the SE Linux on the Android OS running the API Level 28 currently. In the SE Linux change it enables only the specific VPN services to access some of the networking data according to the developers.
But the issue is that the Android apps don’t have currently API 28 Until 28 April 2019 which shows that the Flaw can still be used currently by anyone.
But here is a good news…Those who wants this Feature now on your device can Download and install a Custom ROM named ( Copperhead OS ) which has already these SE Linux changes which have been Developed 5 – 6 years ago.
Google making such minor changes to ensure that it’s Developers will be protected from other unknown developers. But currently all the Apps on your device can Monitor the Network Activity of any apps which is a Huge privacy issue currently.
But at the end of the day it’s Good to know that Google is taking such steps o ensure that all of it’s users remain safe and you can expect better experience in the latest Android OS P.
